About Me

I am a chartered civil engineer who has worked in many countries as a civil engineering and building contractor.These countries include the United Kingdom, my home country, the Caribbean, Cyprus and Southern Africa.

I have been responsible for the construction of amongst other things airfields, dams and water supply schemes, roads and bridges, harbours and port containerisation, housing, warehouses and multi storey buildings.

During this time my main sport and hobby has always been sailing and yacht racing. 

Some 20 odd years ago I retired from civil engineering and took up  sailing as a professional teaching sailing and boat handling and carrying out yacht deliveries in both sailing boats and powerboats.

This profession has enabled me visit most countries in Europe, the Channel Islands, the Caribbean and the Bahamas.

 I have also developed an interest in the Internet and Internet marketing with the object of working from home and establishing a passive income. This has proved to be more difficult than I expected as there are many unrealistic offers and scams on the Internet that can waste time and money. However I have now joined a successful affiliate marketing community and am progressing towards my objectives.

The civil engineering and building projects I have been involved in have benefited the lives of many many people.

I am still teaching and carrying out yacht deliveries and as a result have made many great friends.

I hope that I will be able to help others with the same interests and objectives whether it be sailing and boating or internet marketing.
